Transpersonal psychotherapy is a subtle yet powerful therapeutic practice that places the soul at the fore of the healing journey.
Grace’s transpersonal psychotherapy training took place at CCPE, Centre For Counselling and Psychotherapy Education in London. This five year extensive and rigorous process was one of profound theoretical and experiential growth. She continues to expand her awareness and expertise with further training, workshops and supervision. Grace’s purpose as a psychotherapist follows a career as journalist and author.
Grace rest’s careful attention on the attunement and alignment between herself and client. Within this container she craft’s a holistic, intuitive, collaborative approach to healing that invites safety, trust and exploration. Use of the transpersonal approach can simply offer gentle reflective listening, mirroring and holding or it can venture into the expansive terrain of creative imagination. Grace will often draw on the four key stages in the alchemy of transformation, the elements model, the planes of consciousness, visualisation, breath work, Gestalt methods, kundalini for addiction recovery and psychodynamic theories on attachment.
